Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Larico Music (music.larico.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Larico Music is a web-based audio player that streams audio files from your personal cloud storage accounts. We currently support Google Drive, with additional providers (such as Dropbox, OneDrive, and others) planned for future releases. The service does not host, store, or distribute any audio content. You are solely responsible for the content stored in your cloud storage accounts.

3. Account and authentication

• You must sign in with a valid account to use the service (currently via Google; additional sign-in methods may be added).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, including your authentication provider and any connected cloud storage accounts.
• We access your cloud storage with read-only permissions; we cannot modify, delete, or create files in any connected provider.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to stream content you do not have the right to access.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service.

5. Content responsibility

Larico Music does not own, control, or review the audio files in your connected cloud storage accounts. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you access through the service complies with applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property regulations.

6. Service availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is under active development and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larico Music and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may stop using the service at any time and revoke access from your cloud provider's settings (e.g., Google Account permissions, Dropbox connected apps, OneDrive app permissions, etc.).

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be modified at any time as the service evolves. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
